Contacted by a recruiter weeks after applying. Had phone interview where they said I would hear back in one week, and I never heard back- they lied and ghosted me! Super unprofessional. Also, they record your interview and use AI in the interview process which seems morally questionable considering the social and environmental impacts of AI.
