They do several interviews, starting on the phone then in person. Seem like a good company to work for. They said they do minimum of four interviews. Seem like a good company.
2 phone calls, one in person. Easy interview. The process took about 2 weeks total. They are very nice during the process and were able to answer all my questions

During the interview, they emphasized how deeply they value their team and their patients. Yet, they can’t spare a single minute to write a rejection letter to their candidates—instead, they choose to ghost them. They should reconsider this approach and show respect for candidates’ time by providing updates on their candidacy status. This simple act would prevent unnecessary time....wasting and align with the values they claim to uphold.
