Chaotic and unprofessional interview experience: time management, kept asking questions they already asked two rounds ago... with absolutely no feedback about the result, even though they promised to give feebacks within a week. If your services include employment support, then perhaps you should really consider respecting your interviewee's time and labor.

Very decent interview process where I had 3 stages (two online and 1 in-person). Offer was made right after the final interview. There wasn't any assignment requirement. Questions ranged from previous experience to people management skills.
