You will meet a number of SkillCapital's staff throughout the interview process, going increasingly up the ranks, and all are kind, genuine, humble people. Camilla made me genuinely excited about the prospect of joining the company and was always to hand when I had any questions at all.

4 weeks - initial interview, then met 6 other employees, then a Partner, then did a case study in their offices. The interviews were largely about my fit and motivation, as I had no search experience.
