3 interviews - HR, Managing Director, VP with Directors. Will ask candidate to tell about themselves and pepper in questions from there. Make sure to come prepared to ask a lot of questions as they have the candidate do a lot of the talking. In person interviews strongly recommended.

Tell me about yourself? Do you have experience in this field? What are skills that you have that compliment this role? Are you okay with frequent phone calls? Why are you in construction?
On-site with the Project team, your potential manager and VP. Basically to get info on your experience to make sure you actually know what to do and familiar with the work you will be doing.
