Sixt Software Engineer II interview questions

The interview process was divided into 3–4 rounds. The first two rounds were technical and focused on integrations, automation, and project-related discussions. Both technical interviews were well-structured, relevant, and overall a good experience. One area that could be improved is the interview logistics. The first round was conducted online, but I was still required to be physically present at the office, which felt a bit inconvenient. Since the later rounds were in-person, it makes sense to invite shortlisted candidates to the office at that stage. Allowing candidates to attend the initial online round from their preferred location would make the process more convenient while still maintaining the effectiveness of the later in-person discussions.
