I had a very disappointing experience with the interview process. After clearing two technical rounds, I was invited for a face-to-face round in Bangalore. I traveled over 2500 km from my hometown to attend, only to find that the interviewer was not present in the office and the interview was eventually conducted virtually. Following this, I went through additional rounds (Technical, Hiring Manager, and HR). However, at the end of the process, I was told that my technical feedback was not positive. This raises serious questions — if my technical skills were not considered good enough, then why was I progressed through multiple rounds and even asked to travel such a long distance for an F2F round? This reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time, effort, and resources. The process seemed poorly organized and left me with a very negative impression of how the company treats prospective employees. I would strongly caution candidates to think twice before engaging with this company’s interview process, as it feels misleading and inconsiderate.
