Trial work during a very busy time period, which is an hours-long trial interview, basically just going to unpaid labour.
They will assign you a waiter who is similar to a mentor, and then they will help the waiter complete part of his work, and as a trial worker for several hours, they will neither provide food nor pay the trial worker.
And the worst thing is that they won't tell you the result, even though they claim they will inform the interviewer after determining it, no matter what. They actually don't send any follow-up messages after leaving.
The staff in it basically did what I thought was overloaded, with only one bartender, but probably more than 15 tables at the same time.
If you receive an interview now, if this is not the only option, I recommend not going to the interview; it is a complete waste of time.
Although most people think they give good pay, I think they are still too low for the actual work.
