I applied online. After a while, I was contacted to fill a form. I received their first email clearly detailing the steps of the recruitment process. The first round were technical challenges that were timed. They were majorly testing your skills in Software Testing, documentation and presentation. There is a recording that you submit explaining your answer and I’d notice the views by the company employees. Clearly, a lot went into the recruitment and vetting. I did 2 more zoom interviews where I was asked more technical and specific questions on Software Testing and issue tracking. The last step was contacting my referees, they sought my consent and proceeded to reach out to them. I liked that from their job advert they talked of Equal Opportunity for all and care for new mothers under all circumstances. During the Interview; 1. They were mindful of the time they’d promised to take during the interview. 2. They communicated every step of the way and replied to any questions I asked. 3. It was easy to note that the team was positive and humanly.
