Short intereview one of the managers was very arrogant and stand offish. They didn’t talk a lot about culture and values. I was made an offer and once I hit the floor I felt that I was lied to about the company and the commissionZ

and then in person theyre are very friendly when you come in for your interview .. then you have a interview with the salamanager for your position
Skills test,phone interview and one in person. Th first interview will be with one of the recruiters. Second will be a in person with usually 2 managers. If they think you are qualified you will move to the skills test.
