My experience with this company was extremely strange & unprofessional. I had an informal phone interview on Friday, October 25th, 2013 with HR followed by an in-personal panel interview on Friday, November 1st, 2013. The interview itself went great & 30 minutes later I had received a request via e-mail for my references, which I happily provided. The following Monday, after my previous three references were contacted, I received another request from HR for my current manager’s reference. I explained I was uncomfortable with this, given that I am currently employed. He asked once again & I refused, explaining that I would only be able to provide my current manager’s reference upon receipt of a conditional offer. I was then informed by HR that I was “no longer under consideration for this position” on Wednesday, November 6th. (Please note that one of my references received a 3 page Word document to fill out!) About 3 weeks later (Friday, November 29th) I was contacted again by HR, asking if I was still interested in the position (I tentatively said yes). The HR representative once again reviewed my references & explained that they were still interviewing other candidates & would be in touch. On Wednesday, December 11th I received a second notice that I was “no longer under consideration for this position.”
