While the interview was courteous, I felt the experience was somewhat one-sided. A significant portion of the conversation focused on the interviewer’s own background and achievements, with limited opportunity for me to discuss my experience, skills, or suitability for the role. I would have appreciated a more balanced and candidate-focused discussion, as this would have allowed for a clearer assessment on both sides. I felt the brush off.
