Smooth and fast communication with honest expectations set from the get go, great management. Friendly and personable hiring managers. It was an excellent overall experience and quite enjoyable actually which is refreshing.

I’ve been working in the cannabis industry in Massachusetts for almost a year now and this was a huge disappointment and waste of time. At first, things seemed professional & organized and I can say that my in-person interview seemed the same at the time as well. After the interview, though, communication via email changed my feelings. Those who I communicated with were incredibly unclear and untimely, asking me for references three weeks after I had already submitted them, sending an unfinished email response, and then not getting back to me about that until almost a week later. I found out that they never scheduled time to speak with my references as well. Based on this experience, if you consider yourself a skillful, professional employee in the cannabis industry, I would recommend you apply somewhere else. I am entirely understanding of the ever-changing nature of this industry and the need for flexibility, but this is not an excuse for poor hiring management.
