2 rounds of interview. 1st round with the group, then with the institute. 10 plus interviewers for each round. Quite much pressure at first, I think it was intended so.

Asked me about my resume mostly, and why I wanted a career in oil industry.
Start with HR phone interview, and then the phone interview from hiring manager. The final interview is an onsite interview with the whole team. The location depends on different project.
