SO disrespectful!! I filled out an application and the CEO called me for a phone screen. After he asked me to fill out a "Sales Assessment" which took an hour and a take a typing test. My typing test scores were above average which is by the way almost completely irrelevant to making a great sales rep - the sales assessment score I never saw, but if it didn't come out nearly perfect then the assessment is flawed as I have many years of quality sales experience. As a CEO - how do you rely on one computerized test!?Instead of then asking me to come in and meet they just passed on me with no explanation. The amount of time spent taking these tests made this experience almost infuriating. It's incredibly disrespectful. Good luck with this company. Probably dodged a bullet here!
