It was a very easy process, go through HR then after with the partner of the firm. During the interview it was very easy to talk to them and was not behavioral at all, more like a casual conversation to get to know you and your passion for the career.
It was a Zoom meeting with two employees. They asked about a few tax skills and previous work experiences. The atmosphere was comfortable and the firm culture looked collaborative. The interview was about 30 minutes.

It was w a manager and 2 partners for an hour. They asked technical questions and personal questions. It felt very friendly and relaxed. They do ask you to talk about steps you do for like revenue equity AP but it’s your pick. They asked for a scenario based question too.
