However, the overall candidate experience was let down by the lack of follow-up and closure. After the interview, there were no feedback loops or updates provided, despite follow-ups and conducting interview in a face to face location. This made it difficult to understand next steps or outcome. Overall, a positive interview discussion, but the process would benefit from clearer communication and timely feedback to candidates.
