I was in national service and there was no hiring process as it was compulsory for every Singapore citizen to serve national service for 2 years in a full-time basis.

Was surprisingly average and went well. Thought would be more stricter. The whole process was simple and easy to follow through. Was quick to reply and scheduling of interviews. It was a board meeting with 2 SCDF and HR

First round interview with one senior officer. Later on will be briefed for next interview with a panel of 3 officers. After which have to attend the fitness test. This was back in 2016. Not sure about now

Took quite awhile the process. And reject alot of times. 4 or 5 times. All the best to anyone trying to get in the force. Most are aggresive question. Answer with lots of calmness.
