Basically the standard interview process. It a joke that within one year I got interview twice for the civilian role but never get offer. This time the HR recognize me when I attend the interview. Hiring never share much of the job itself and have a list of questions which he want to ask. More like it a formality as the next candidate after me come very early and took out the work laptop which is govt issue so there a fix candidate for the role. Basically all you need is check back one week later you will know the outcome if you got the offer or not as the hr is super practical they will close the loop with unsuccessful applicant
