No interview, automatic selection. They call you up instead. 2 year contract instant offered, but hard to back out. If you wanna back out the recruiter will come find you and force you to sign.
your answers are not important, rather your health is. as long as you are able to follow orders and do not create much problems you can do well. do not say that you want to go anywhere, your response is not important
