Normal interview question like why you left previous job etc. quite friendly interview. Ask about past job. Only had one interview and hr is in the interview. No assignment. Zoom interview
Reached out by their corporate HR over phone to set interview for the following week. On interview day meeting started on time. Interview ended quickly within 30mins.
Find interviewers stick-to-books office admin type, not sure if that is typical of public healthcare sector or just the people I've met. Lack of enthusiasm for both their own work and people in general, emotionless, robotic, saving words as little as possible. Perhaps we didn't hit it off cos the feeling goes both ways but I tried my best to be engaging during conversation.
Quite disappointing because as potential employee I would want to see my future boss/department eager to share with candidates what they do, how they do, and whom they work with (or perhaps they're too tired to care anymore) either way, it's not great sign for the corporate.

Question 1
- introduce yourself
- strengths and weaknesses
- example of workplace challenges
Interview felt decent with hiring managers sharing knowledge on the function of the department. However, HR did not get back despite multiple follow up emails. Felt negative and unprofessional towards the end.
