My senior year of college, our school chose about 10 graduating seniors to interview with the Recruiter. It was more of an informational interview style of conversation. The recruiter looked over our reels with us, and he gave us feedback about what he liked and things that can be worked on. Sinclair is all about storytelling and simplicity is key.

Came in for the intv. Met everyone in the station. Everything seemed great..... then nothing. Eventually I was told I didn't have the experience they were looking for. Seems like a waste. They had my resume prior to me going.
