Very standard big law interview. Everyone was kind and it was mostly you asking questions about what the firm is like. Did not look at my resume as much and it felt like it was a very casual conversation rather than interview.

It was a pretty chill callback interview, pretty standard questions, mostly asked about resume. Very conversational throughout. Friendly people. Seems like they look for strong personality fits for the most part.

OCI process, interviewer was flipping through 10 different resumes in front of me lol. Very stiff interviewers in general (2nd time interviewing with them), and more formal and less relaxed than other firms.
