The worst and most uncomfortable interview experience I have ever had. The interview questions were standard and not difficult to answer. However, what made the interview awful was the interviewer. She was extremely rude and had an attitude from the beginning. When the interview began (Teams meeting), she did not speak and just glared at me. I had to say hello first to get the interview started, and I basically had to lead the interview because she wouldn’t speak to me. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview, with her even interrupting me sometimes to ask another question. I knew within the first five seconds that I would not be getting the job or a second interview. The interviewer did not make small talk or expand on the job duties, the company, or anything else you would expect during an interview.
