Interview
The hiring process was split into three stages. Myself and five others were with Shab from the start in an induction room. From here we would individually go for a role play session, interview and systems test. The day was conducted really smoothly and the hiring managers and talent specialist were really welcoming and made me feel comfortable start to finish.

there were two stages to the interview. A 45 minute role play session, and then a further 45 mins competency questioning for part 2. It was a different experience, and the people who interviewed and done the role play were very friendly and put me at ease which got rid of the nerves.

The interview process was straight forward, I didn’t get nervous because the interviewees didn’t allow me to be, I felt comfortable. Part 1 was a role play and part 2 was based Competency-based

i found the whole process quite open and comfortable I also enjoyed being able to be with other possible applicants as this allowed a time for us to show our communication skills in team settings also
