I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Simple Finance (Portland, OR) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was a pretty lengthy interview process with several rounds, with one including a writing session. The rounds were phone interview, one on one with writing quiz, and then a panel interview. All on 3 separate days.

Question 1
They asked a lot of questions about professionalism and how I would respond to different situations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Simple Finance (Portland, OR) in Aug 2015
Interview
The process started with a tour of the office site. Included some complementary snacks. The employees were friendly. Casual "clubhouse" feel to the office was attractive to me. I found some of the questions to be a little more challenging than typical interviews I've had with other financial institutions. Panel interview with multiple heads of various departments.

Describe an iPhone to someone who's never seen one.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Simple Finance (Portland, OR) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online. Received an e-mail later that day wanting a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty standard. About 20 minutes. Got an e-mail saying they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview. It was a lot of regurgitation from the phone call. Had 2 sessions each with 2 people. Then there was a writing sample where they asked a variety of questions ranging from hypothetical CSR questions to silly questions. Offered a position two days later.
