The company reached out to me to schedule an interview and I promptly scheduled one to complete in a timely manner. This was rescheduled last minute with no notice to me except a Google Calendar alert informing me. When it came time for the new interview, two minutes before my time I received another Google Calendar update that the interview was canceled due to position being filled (explanation was simply put in the comments of the calendar update.) Normally, companies complete their interviews before filling the position or will reach out to the potential hire to talk. I made arrangements twice for a company that didn't honor it's own obligations. It's a big red flag to someone looking to sign on with them, not respecting others' time.
