The first few stages of the process progressed really quickly, I was progressed to first and second interviews in a matter of days. I then had radio silence after my second interview until an email on a random evening at midnight over a month later telling me they went with the other candidate. I found this extremely unprofessional and it has put me off working for Simmons & Simmons in the future.
