Interview
It was pretty quick and responsive from the get go. I had two phone interviews and then an in person interview. In person consisted of meeting with two product managers and a ux designer in a casual round robin and then with the product lead to discuss experience and whiteboard out some questions.

Interview
Interview process was informal, relaxed, and fun. Met with CTO, Dev Manager, and Senior Developer. First interviews were at local coffee shops. Last interview was in office to discuss the hiring process and movement forward with the company.
Enjoyed the focus on finding the right person that fits with the team, company, and vision.
