It was impromptu because I had friends who worked there and vouched for me. They were pretty easy going and they are pretty good about hiring people if others vouch for them. I did not need a resume for this and you did not need to have in-depth knowledge about gymnastics since it was camp. They also taught you on the spot. Many people learned how to do gymnastic moves while working there.
