The first round primarily focuses on behavioral questions and assessing your understanding of the role. Interviewers may also inquire about your general interests outside of finance to evaluate how well you might fit within the team.

Do not interview with this company. Complete waste of your time and theirs. They will make you do 6 or 7 interviews and lead you on thinking they are ready to make an offer. All contact was completely cutoff and they did not even let me know they went in another direction. Complete unprofessionalism and would never want to work for these people anyways.
