I got the interview through a recruiting agency. The interview was at their headquarters. Once meeting with the Director of IT and we spoke mostly about my work ethic rather than my experience. The interview ended with him saying that he would speak to the recruiter to find out what to set for a start date. Very little details until after I was working under contract.

They go straight to the point, and expect you to make full commitment with the company. Overall great experience with IT Manager. You will be traveling all over in the East Coast for the company
