Hard to believe if my experience with Silq was ever legitimate. Midway through the interview process they revealed the job was offered to someone else but they were very adamant they would be opening another position and wanted me to "sales demo" for the role.
Initially, I refused to demo for a role that wasn't truly open. They then changed their story position that the job had been approved for early 2025 fill and that I was a top candidate and pushed for me to demo. I told them I would get back to them in two weeks just to see if they were still serious about hiring. Came back, scheduled the demo figuring they would have rescinded my consideration if they were not intent on hiring. Did the demo, didn't flop and was told within 24 hours they were not moving forward.
Believe Silq is collecting data on sales pitches under the guise of "hiring" for an up an coming sales role.
Beware!
