A month-long and four rounds of calls ended with super day. They were quick to schedule the next round if you moved on. The people were nice and friendly. The interviews ae over the phone and zoom.

Initial phone call with a recruiter, interview with a hiring manager. The recruiter and everyone I spoke to who worked there was great. The hiring manager rolled their eyes in the interview and was very rude.

Total of 4 rounds. 1st is a recruiter screen then a second round with a senior member. Third round is 2 interviews back to back with one who passed the ADP program and a senior talent member. Did not reach the 4th. Super easy questions all behavioral. They look for a specific kind of person so make sure to really nail down your interest in the program and how your past experiences led to this point.
