Basically, they ask questions based on your resume, and they would also ask about the salary range in your previous job
2. Round 2: Manager review (depends on your department)
1) They provide the company's PPT file, and let you go through the presentation in English.
2) Ask about your working experience.

The interviewer was friendly and nice. The process took 1 hour. They did not ask hard questions, and followed with a simple test about 20 mins. They will provide you offer within 1 week.
