I interviewed for a Software Engineer position at Signify Health, and the process lasted over three months with three rounds of interviews. After investing significant time and effort, I was asked to schedule another round—only to be rejected without explanation. The biggest issue was poor communication and lack of transparency. A hiring process that stretches over three months should at least provide constructive feedback or a clear reason for rejection, especially after multiple interviews. Candidates dedicate time to technical assessments and discussions, and a professional hiring process should respect that effort. I hope Signify Health improves its candidate experience by streamlining the process and maintaining clear, timely communication.
