Interview
First of all it took almost 3 weeks from start to finish. (A waste of time for $16.50/ hr lol). I had gotten an offer for $21 with a different company starting in a month so I thought I’d just do it for fun. I completed the first steps quick with no delay and didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. (Thankfully I had interviews in the meantime and got 2 offers). When I finally got an email I decided to just schedule an interview to see what it was about. The lady was nice. That’s about the only positive. It was a LONG dragged out interview with similar questions asked different ways. Then 2 questions where you’re asked to answer in the chat part of teams. Weird af as I’ve never heard of that before. I feel bad for people who really want this particular job or haven’t got calls because they surely took their time from the first interview to the final decision. (For 16.50 yall lol)

It was a video interview with a recruiter. Very short, about 6-7 questions, and I had to type 2 answers in the chat. I felt like they were verifying I was human, which is ok with me.

Very welcoming! Very easy questions about yourself and past work experience in customer service jobs they sent me the request to schedule an interview after the assessment. Very fast process.
