I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Signet Health in Jul 2020
Interview
First, you nterview with recruitment, then VP of Ops and VP of Clinical Services. You have these interviews seperately and were all done via phone. Lastly, the partnering hospital interviews you. In my case, the existing staff in the program and the former program director interviewed me in a 'meet and greet' capacity. All were within a comfortable setting and everyone was kind and professional.
The interview process was quick and easy. However, I received an email from HR for me to consent to a background check. Once, I opened the link and the backgroud check was requesting for me to upload my paycheck stubs from previous employers. When I ask for the reason for paycheck stubs for a background check. HR stated, "You’d be surprised at the number of people who have fictitious employers. This is requested of each applicant".

Question 1
How will you keep patients engage in a 3 hour session ?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Signet Health (New York, NY)
Interview
Communication was very poor from company and would set up interviews with less than 48 hours of notice. After 3 interviews, I did not receive any communication for almost 3 weeks, when I was finally turned down for the job. I was very disappointed that the company stopped all communication then 3 weeks later let me know they went a different direction. Lack of communication is a major concern.
