Interview Position: Product Designer / Sales Executive
Interview Process:
The company visited our college for an on-campus placement drive. Candidates were allowed to apply for one or two roles. I applied for Product Designer and Sales Executive.
Round 1: Online Assessment
The first round consisted of aptitude questions and role-specific questions. For the Product Designer role, questions were related to UI/UX, product design, ideation, prototyping, and user interaction. Candidates had to type their answers on the computer.

Shortlisted candidates participated in a Group Discussion. A topic was given on the spot, and candidates discussed it as a group. The evaluation focused on communication skills, confidence, and participation.
