I applied online. I interviewed at Signant Health (Iaşi) in Dec 2022
Interview
The interview was professional but also friendly. There were many questions in which they tried to get to know me, but also questions about my professional experience. I liked that the recruitment process was fast and I received feedback and an offer in a few days. I am from Romania, the interview took place in both Romanian and English.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Signant Health (Wayne, PA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The process began with a simple phone screen with a member of HR. We then set up a time for an interview on site.
Two weeks later I had an in person interview. This lasted approximately 2.5 hours and I met with 4 different members of the staff: one Associate Project Manager, 2 Project Managers and a Senior HR Generalist. You may also interview with a member of their Client Services if they are available. You will spend 30 mins with each person one-on-one.
The questions were very relaxed and it felt entirely more like a conversation. Obviously be prepared to answer situational questions and talk about the previous experiences on your resume, as most of the interviewers read directly from my resume in front of me.
At the end of interviewing with their team, you will complete a 30 minute assessment to test you skills with Excel, Word, and email. This was very introductory and showed an aspect of the work you will be completing in this role.

Question 1
How would you describe your work ethic in a team environment?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Signant Health (Hammersmith, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
Pretty standard interview. Asked really typical questions. Started on time, which was nice. The office was a bit dingy, though. It looked like it was stuck in the 60's, and it was so small. When I arrived, I sat on a sofa at reception, and I may as well have been sat on the front desk it was so cramped. There were two interviewers, both of whom were Team Leaders. One of them told me she was actively looking for other jobs because she was bored, which was a bit strange. Questions were all hypothetical, like how I would handle myself in different situations. It lasted for about 45 minutes. Not awful. I don't know if I have an offer yet, so I've selected No.

Question 1
Asked a lot about personal office relationships, eg. how you deal with constructive criticism, how do you tell people they're wrong without putting blame on them, etc.
Thank you for your interview feedback. We acknowledge your criticism over the amount of space available in the office. It is one of the downsides to the really positive growth we have gone through in recent years and particularly in the last nine months. We are committed to being in Hammersmith and are looking at additional, and we hope, more impressive, space.
We certainly take your accusations concerning one of the statements made by one of the interviewers very seriously and have questioned both present at the interview separately. Please do contact our Director Global Talent Acquisition or one of the team to discuss further.
