Offered an interview despite not applying. Acted very cagey and gave me very little information about the role and company beforehand, but spammed my phone and email with messages about the interview. I attended the "interview" anyway, which turned out to be a zoom call with my camera and microphone muted and with the "interviewer" talking about the company. I imagine there were several other people on the call, absolutely not an interview at all. Required a form to be filled in afterwards, which I didn't do - I just emailed that I wouldn't be continuing with the recruitment process - they continued contacting me for days after this.
