The interview process consisted of four stages: an initial HR screening, a technical interview with senior engineers, a project/product discussion with the team, and a take-home assignment.
The take-home task was quite extensive and closer to a small production-level project rather than a typical interview assignment. While architectural decisions were evaluated positively, the overall expectations seemed high relative to the time implicitly available to complete the task.
Feedback was detailed and thoughtful in parts, but the process felt lengthy and demanding, especially considering the number of stages involved.
