I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sierra7
Interview
They start off with a phone screening with recruiter and then schedule a video interview to ask about your experience, situational questions, etc. Typical interview, it was going well until they started asking situational questions and my experience from 10 years ago instead of my recent jobs. Questions would become 7 questions in one turn, hard to answer when you don't know what to answer. Overall, seems like a decent company but did not get selected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you obtain the metrics of X, Y, and Z? What systems have you worked with? etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sierra7 (Fairfax Station, VA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Had a direct 1:1 chat with the COO and then a scheduled interview with three other leaders in the organization. They were actively interviewing other candidates. Interview was fine and I got to ask the questions I wanted. They were happy to extend my conversation time with them for me to ask questions. I got a follow-up rejection via email a few weeks later, which for this level of candidacy and size of the organization was somewhat unprofessional.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We will be taking your feedback into consideration, as it's important to us that all candidates have a good experience regardless of the outcome.
Easy process first phone interview then zoom interview with the hiring manager. Majority of the time get an offer the next day. Training is about 4-5 weeks. Trainers help you with everything you need to know.
