Very easy, was not really asked any interview questions. It was very much just a get to know me as oppose to a formal interview process. So it was very chill and not stressful in the slightest

It was just basic questions. Just some casual talk in a relaxed environment and verification of documents like passport and residence permit. It was a group interview and past experiences with crowd management was asked and why you are interested to work as steward.

You meet at their headquarters for some face-to -face interviews. The interviewer is quite friendly and honestly refreshing compared to online "assessments" where you don't even speak to a normal person until either the very end (or once you've already started)
