A group of 130 candidates were phone interviewed and then 30 were selected for technical phone interviews and finally, 10 candidates were interviewed in Orland Florida in person over two days (1 night). We were all given a tour of the wind turbine safety training facility networked with WEIT staff, training professionals, and a few HR representatives. The second day consisted of two technical interviews (with 2 past WEIT specialists or trainers) and one HR interview (with a single HR personnel).
