I applied for the role in January 2017. A simple CV application. I was offered an 'On Demand Video Interview' early in March. Where I was asked motivational and competency based questions. It was basically to show my skill set, experience and personality. The interview process was an automated system, asking questions and giving you a 60-90seconds window to provide an answer. Later in March, I was invited to a face to face interview at the Warwick site itself. It was an hour long interview, where I was asked competency questions and given more information about the company, the role and what exactly they do in the office. You were also asked to create and present a 10 minute presentation. The topic of the presentation was given to you, at the interview invitation, so you have plenty of time to prepare. The topic is based around the applied department, helping to show your current knowledge.
