My process consisted of a series of 30-minute behavioral interviews. During the process, I actually switched which role I was applying for, so the process did end up being drawn out, but overall I thought it was coordinated well. The recruiter I worked with was very communicative and friendly. The hiring manager and team were welcoming -- I felt that they did their best to put me at ease, rather than intimidate or put me on edge.
