Personality based video interview followed by a phone call. Was supposed to receive an official update within 2-3 weeks which ended up being 3-4 months. I would say not that difficult interview

The Interview process took 5 months. After the initial 3 rounds they made me wait for 3 months with the recruiter simply saying that the hiring manager is busy. All during the time the hiring manger kept reposting the job with different description. At last after 5 months when you ask for an update they tell you that you are rejected. Clear indication that the hiring manager doesn't know what he is looking for and is wasting candidates time with no feedback. No empathy to even give feedback for candidates despite waiting for months especially in COVID times when people are desperately looking for work. I don't recommend even interviewing at this company.
