1-hour interview (face-to-face) with the head of the "High Performance" department. Was asked and instructed to prepare a short 10-minute presentation describing who I was as a candidate and why I chose to pursue the Siemens Energy internship position. After that, both parties exchanged a multitude of questions and answers. Both interviewers were very nice and made the whole ordeal comfortable and enjoyable.
