I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sidecar (CA) (Hollywood, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Met one of the heads of promotion at WeWork in Hollywood. We hit it up and I sat in on one of the early driver trainings. At the same time, I was beginning to deliver food to hungry people on the West Side. It all connected when SideCar branched into delivery services, also.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sidecar (CA) (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I was called. They asked me very simple, basic questions. Questions were pretty much just to see if I told the truth and to make sure I was who I claimed to be. They asked why I was interested and if I had been in any automobile accidents recently. Phone interview took about 5 mins total, max. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was very polite, informative, and welcoming.

Interview
A friendly representative called my cell phone and asked a few simple questions. The process was very short; it must have only lasted about 5 mins max. I was simply asked why I wanted to work for their company and if I had gotten into any recent car accidents.
